Everyone Has Their Stuff

There is as aspect of the human condition called judgment, to which most of us are prone. What I am referring to is that we all have our qualities, some of which may be interpreted by others as “great”, and some of which may be referred to as “not so great”.  The “not so great” qualities are often judged and referred to by others as “our stuff”.

Be Careful, It’s Contagious

10 Choices To Reduce Stress

1. Say NO! The test is “Will anybody die if I don’t do ………………..?”  Then make a choice based on what you truly desire to do.
2. Avoid perfection. Beware of the disease of “Perfectionitis”.  Relax you standards.
